This dvd was recorded in September 2013 at the international congress for kinesiologie and healing in vienna.

Content of the Lecture:
One of the highest peaks of spirituality is called enlightenment or satori. It can be attained by a long-term Zen meditation, just sitting in silence. We also have another simple method for spirituality called Kinesiology. Zen and Kinesilogy have been contributing to the spirituality, mental Health of the human being.
